Labor
|
- $145 per hour per musician.
- Overtime is $160 per hour per musician, and is subject to availability.
- Higher rates apply for DJ work, as well as live music during holiday periods.

Minimum hours
|
- Saturday afternoons and evenings, and other peak times
- All other times

Scheduling
|
- We strongly recommend that you schedule musicians to begin playing 15 minutes prior to your event's starting time.
- This way, you can be assured that if guests arrive early, there will be music to greet them.

Major equipment
|
- Keyboard delivery and set-up...$125+
- PA sound system delivery and set-up (for DJ work, vocal music, and large ensembles)...$250+
- Upright piano delivery and set-up...$500+
- Baby grand piano delivery and set-up...$700+

Other charges
|
- Driving charge may apply (gas/mileage, tolls, parking)
- Difficult set-up (e.g., carrying equipment up stairs)
- Early set up (in advance of scheduled starting time)
- Coming to event rehearsals (like wedding ceremonies)
- Learning new songs not in our library
- No breaks for musicians

Cancellations and refunds
|
- Client will receive a refund for the cost of any services that Gabe Lucas Piano Productions fails to provide.
- Payments are non-refundable.

Gabe Lucas Piano Productions is a full-service music design
company. Our reputation has grown because of the attention
we pay to customer service, musicianship, and overall band
presentation. For this reason, our prices are non-negotiable.
If our prices are not within your budget, you should call one
of many Bay Area music agencies, many of which find bands to
meet budget constraints.
